We came to the cocktail course as a JGA. We were welcomed by course instructor Mo in a very casual manner. The location was great and had enough space for our group of 12 people. The professional taught you how to mix the cocktails in an understandable way, and he was always available to answer any questions. In the end, everyone had several cocktails they made themselves that tasted really awesome... and I'm not talking about classic Sex on the Beach or Pina Colada but really drinks that pick you up. Conclusion: Anytime again

The 12th of us were there for a JGA and the course was simply great. I can definitely recommend it. Bartender Mo made a lot of effort, he was very nice and funny and we were able to mix our cocktails one after the other, chat and just have fun. The cocktails were also extremely delicious.

MOHAMED LOUDINI-SIEBERT wurde in der ehemaligen Hauptstadt Marokkos, in Marrakesch, geboren. Aufgrund seiner teils deutschen Wurzeln durchlief er zwei Ausbildungen als Bartender und Restaurantfachmann.

Neben langjährigen Stationen in der gehobenen Gastronomie, wie im Hilton City Nürnberg und dem Trader Vic’s im Hotel Bayerischer Hof in München, war er u.a. auch als Barchef in Münchens angesagtem Szene-Lokal Burger & Lobster Bank tätig.

Der geborene Entertainer sorgt mit seiner Expertise nicht nur für gute Drinks, sondern auch für Spaß und gute Laune.
