Which payment options are available?

With us you can pay in different ways: Paypal, credit card and Klarna. Private events can be paid by invoice.

How does the booking work?

Select the class you would like to attend, choose the date and the number of tickets you would like to purchase. You can then easily complete the ordering process by adding your workshop to the shopping cart and then proceeding to the checkout. Enter your details there and then you can book the event.

Where can I see my booking details once a booking has been made?

Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket. If you have a user account, you can also find your ticket in your login area under My bookings. If you need an invoice, please contact us: hallo@gokonfetti.com

Where can I use the voucher code?

When booking your class, within the checkout process you have the option to enter a voucher code. After using the code, you will be shown the remaining amount that is still to be paid. If the voucher covers the price of your workshop, you only have to complete the ordering process with the purchase.

Can I redeem my gift card from Wunschgutschein.de on konfetti?

konfetti is coupon partner to Wunschgutschein. Therefore, you can also redeem your gift voucher on our website.

Can I also pay in person?

Unfortunately that is not possible. When booking an event, payment is required directly.

Unfortunately, I can no longer find the email with my ticket - what should I do?

No problem - you are on the guest list. In this case, please bring your ID with you and let the course management on-site check you off for a moment. If you have a user account, you can find your ticket in your login area under My bookings.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the class?

Yes. You do not have to print it out though. It is completely sufficient if you can show it in electronic form. This way we avoid misunderstandings and everyone knows straight away that you are on the guest list.

Cancellation

Can my booking be canceled?

As a rule, bookings cannot be canceled. If you are ill or unable to attend the event, then another person can attend for you without any problems. The konfetti workshops are events (similar to concerts or a cinema ticket), so the possibility of rebooking is not mandatory.

Do the workshops have a minimum number of participants?

In some cases, the providers require a minimum number of guests so that the implementation pays off for them. If there is only one registration for a workshop, the workshop may unfortunately have to be canceled.

What happens if a class is canceled?

If a workshop has to be canceled by the provider (e.g. due to illness or not having reached the minimum number of participants), you definitely do not go out empty-handed. In this case, we will immediately send you a voucher with which you can book a new class of your choice.

Can I transfer a booked event to someone else?

Yes. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you can transfer the booked ticket to someone else. Simply forward your ticket to the person, which must be brought to the class, and the person can show the electronic ticket on site. It would be good if the person told the course leader who they “jumped in” for on the guest list.

Can someone accompany me to the workshop?

That will depend on what is in the course description and must be discussed with the organizers. Otherwise it is usually necessary to book an additional ticket for your companion.

How can I contact my organizer?

Usually, after the booking you have the opportunity to contact your organizer. You can then write an email or call him if you still want to clarify a few things.

What do I have to bring to your classes?

Very often you do not have to bring anything with you. However, it always differs from event to event. You can find the requirements for the individual classes on the booking page and on your ticket.

Who is the provider of my workshop?

The name of the provider or organizer is shown in the specific event as well as in the ticket after purchase. konfetti acts as an intermediary.

Can I take my work home with me?

You can of course take home everything that you produce in the workshop. Unless you have already consumed it during the class 😉

What is the maximum number of people in a class?

That varies a lot between the different types and providers of classes. Sometimes there are very small groups of 6-8 people, but often large groups of 15-20 people. Either way, the group size is always perfectly matched to the course framework.

How many tickets do I have to buy for online classes?

For most of our online classes you need one ticket per device. If, for example, a cooking box or material box is sent home for the online event, you may need several tickets. Please refer to the course description or contact us in the chat if you have any doubts.
