About this class
On this special occasion, treat yourself to a very unique Yoga & Paint event in Berlin.
Experience a break from everyday life together through three hours full of creativity, inner peace and relaxation. In this special workshop, we combine meditation, gentle yoga sessions and creative painting with acrylic paint to create a holistic experience. You'll learn to relax, enjoy the moment and develop your inner creativity — all in a harmonious and mindful environment.
All materials you need for the painting units are included in the workshop price, so you can concentrate entirely on yourself and the creative process. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or already have experience with meditation, yoga or painting — no previous knowledge is required to participate.
Come by and give yourself the opportunity to recharge your batteries, express yourself creatively and return to everyday life in a relaxed way. An experience that brings body and mind into harmony — an experience for very special moments!
What you’ll do in the class
The event consists of guided meditation, a yoga flow and a creative painting session with acrylic paints. The result is your very own abstract work of art, which you will then take home as a reminder. Our motto is: Make your mind the most beautiful thing about you.
