About this Tour
Get ready for a leisurely wine hike through the vineyards around Trier. The tour is ideal for your JGA. At the start, you will receive a food bag with snacks, a cooling backpack with selected regional wines, matching wine glasses, practical glass holders, a puzzle to solve together, two games and directions.
Let's start at our location right behind Trier Central Station. From there, the route takes you towards vineyards, past beautiful viewpoints and historical highlights. Enjoy your food with a view of the region, take pictures and spend a relaxing time together. Your destination is the wine stand in downtown Trier or the Porta Nigra, where you can end the day.
The route takes around 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on your pace and breaks. You can take all utensils home, such as glasses and holders.
Feel free to bring small snacks to keep you hungry in between meals or round off your wine hike with a visit to a restaurant in the city center.

Steps of the tour
At the start, we welcome you to our location, give a brief introduction and give you the equipment for the tour. You will then set off independently through the vineyards. Viewpoints, puzzles, small challenges and selected wines await you along the way. At the end, the route leads back to the city center of Trier. You can keep cooling backpacks, wine glasses and wine glass holders as a reminder.
