Experience the beauty of the Nierstein vineyards on a guided wine hike with young winemaker Jana Kopp! Along the Red Slope, you'll explore unique vineyards such as the Niersteiner Hipping or the Mount of Olives while enjoying organic wines, regional specialities and an impressive view. When the weather is clear, the hike even offers views of Frankfurt, the Odenwald and Taunus. A highlight is a visit to the historic waiting tower before the tour across the market square back to the winery. Optionally, you can then enjoy a cellar tour with red wine tasting.

- Welcome to the winery with a glass of organic secco
- Guided wine hike through the Nierstein vineyards and the Red Hang (approx. 3 hours)
- Three stops with tasting of a total of six organic wines as well as grape juice and mineral water
- Regional snacks: “Wake, Woscht and Woi” (meat sausage with rolls) or vegetarian/vegan alternatives
- Optional: cellar tour with red wine tasting (two red wines)
