What is the process?

The 4-hour cooking class in Berlin will give you an introduction to the world of vegan cuisine. Together, you will prepare various Asian dishes.

  • First, you'll get an introduction to the world of vegan Asian cuisine
  • You can then start cooking yourself
    • Yam Nuea salad with fried seitan, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions
    • Summer rolls prepared together with all kinds of vegetables such as white cabbage, carrots and cucumbers, as well as tofu and homemade hoisin sauce and peanut coriander dip
    • Bibimbap (Korean rice dish with various vegetables, tofu, edamame, vegan scrambled eggs and homemade gochuang sauce)
    • Avocado cheesecake with date base and banana ice cream with mangoes
  • Finally, you will taste your creations together.
