What you’ll do in the class
The 4-hour cooking class in Berlin will give you an introduction to the world of vegan cuisine. Together, you will prepare various Japanese dishes.
- First, you'll get an introduction to the world of vegan Japanese cuisine
- You can then start cooking yourself
- We start our menu with a vegan ramen soup with lots of vegetables and great umami sauce.
- Salmon becomes lax: together we roll various vegan colorful sushi with white or black rice in the main course, such as our miso cucumber lax…
- From maki to eggplant nigiri to inside-out or fried sushi, we try everything and taste the sushi with homemade vegan chilli mayonnaise and v…
- Our Japanese evening is then rounded off with homemade sweet sushi, sticky rice and mango sorbet for dessert.

The cooking class in Berlin is suitable for anyone who has an affinity for Japanese cuisine. Therefore, even if you are an absolute beginner, you can take part in the course with us. No previous experience is necessary, we will teach you everything you need.

Michael Hoffmann completed his cooking apprenticeship at the 5-star hotel Bayerischer Hof. He also studied nutritional science and completed continuing education as a nutrition coach. Since 2016, he has been cooking regularly in his own cooking school and sharing his knowledge.
