After a short introduction, we get on to the boards and start snibbling. After everything has been cooked, everything is eaten together and you can ask our chefs everything you always wanted to know.

The menu was a successful mix of Vietnamese, Thai and Korean vegan cuisine. The cooking work took place directly in the teaching kitchen. Our chef explained a lot and patiently: about washing rice, cutting vegetables, choosing the right knife, simply lots of tips and tricks that were also very helpful for people with a bit of cooking experience. They cut and ate together. A successful social evening with a learning effect.

We really liked the rooms and the inventory. Both chefs were very friendly and helpful, unfortunately only Nina was really competent when it came to various inquiries - she almost made up for it more than enough with various interesting side tips, but since it was his first or one of the first courses, it might come over time. Because of the room separation, I found it a bit of a shame that you didn't notice as much about the other corridors and tips about them. Overall though 👍🏻
