What you’ll do in the class
Start an intensive pottery weekend and learn how to safely master the potter's wheel.
- You will learn the correct posture and a clean centering technique.
- You practice turning cylinders, bulbous vessels, jugs, cups, bowls, and vases with a narrow opening.
- I'll show you tricks, give you tips and answer your questions right there.
- You will learn more about clay as a material and how to build successful forms.
- You then reprocess your pieces and glaze your ceramics.
- There is a one-hour lunch break on each of the first two dates.
