What you’ll do in the class
After a short warm-up, we'll dive straight into the basics: You'll learn the first steps, simple rhythms and movements. We specifically train your body awareness and musicality — without choreography stress. Finally, there is room for free dancing and trying things out. The course takes place in a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone receives individual support.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is aimed at adults aged 16 and over who have little or no dance experience. Ideal for anyone who wants to try out hip-hop, wants to move more or has always wanted to learn to dance — without pressure and regardless of fitness level or age.
