About this class

What you’ll do in the class

You will be welcomed to the Spin Art Studio in Vienna and receive your materials.
A professional will explain the spin machine to you and show you how color, rotation and centrifugal force work together.
You choose your colors and first try out the technique on a mini test spin.
Then stretch your canvas onto the rotating spin machine and start creating your own work of art.
You experiment with speed and paint application and use fingers or spatula for different effects.
The rotation creates abstract patterns, color gradients and structures that make every spin painting unique.
Each person creates their own spin-art work of art.
In addition, you create a work of art together as a group.
During the workshop, the course instructor will accompany you and assist you with technology and design.
Your finished works will then dry in the studio and can be picked up after 2-3 days.
