About this experience
What is behind the Seelenbalsam für Dich workshop in Erlbach?
When humans and animals meet, you choose the right exercise partner for you. During a llama hike of around one hour with mindfulness exercises, we slow down from everyday life and prepare ourselves internally for yoga. During simple yoga exercises (approx. 1 hour) on llama pasture, we draw our attention inwards, bring body and mind into harmony and come to rest. Finally, we will reflect on how you can incorporate this attitude into everyday life.

- Selection of a suitable llama as an exercise partner
- Approx. 1-hour llama hike with mindfulness exercises
- Yoga session (approx. 1 hour) on llama pasture
- Final round with reflection and ideas for everyday life

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to relax, connect with nature and recharge their batteries. No previous yoga experience is required — all exercises are suitable for beginners.
