• Every Monday, we meet at 18:00 to around 19:30 under the direction of Thorsten Schoppe for a cozy beer tasting of 8 of our beers
• These are served in a tasting size of 0.1 liters
• The basics of beer tasting and sensory technology are taught, lots of interesting facts about the individual beer styles and their special characteristics at Schoppe Bräu, and any other questions about beer and brewing are always welcome.

Thorsten provides insights into his own career and the development of the Berlin brewing scene from 1995 to the present day and talks nonsense about his brewing life.
