What you’ll do in the class
Learn how to get the most out of your coffee machine in a relaxed atmosphere — whether for espresso, cappuccino or latte art.
1 ️ ⟶ Get to know & find goals
We'll start with a short conversation: What are your coffee preferences? Which machine do you use? Which skills would you like to improve? I'll look at your equipment and we'll set your personal course target.
2 ️ ⟶ Basics & Technology
Explained in a comprehensible way: How do beans, grind and water quality influence taste? You learn how to adjust your machine optimally.
3 ️ ⟶ Practice — Espresso & Milk Foam
Now it's getting exciting! We practice perfect espresso extraction, optimize grinding & tamping and learn how to properly foam milk — for velvety cappuccinos and the first latte art motifs.
4 ️ ⟶ Fine-tuning & enjoyment
I'll show you tricks to correct errors and help you perfect your technique. Finally, we enjoy your self-made, perfect cup of coffee together.
