Class description

Are you a pizza fan? Then our pizza cooking class is just the right thing for you. At our “pizza party”, we bake not just one but several different pizzas. In a relaxed atmosphere, we knead various doughs and cook aromatic sauces. After the course, every one of your guests will love your pizzas.  

 

What can I expect during the course?

  • In addition to classic pizza dough with yeast, we also prepare a “pinsa” from original dough. Unlike pizza, pinsa uses a mix of flour. Rice flour, chickpea flour and, most importantly, sourdough are often used.
  • We bake focaccia together and top our pizzas to our heart's content.
  • From spring pizza, which is served with a light sauce instead of tomato sauce, to vegan pizzas to classic pizza funghi with arugula and Parma ham, everything is included.
  • After the course, you can take home some homemade dough and tomato sauce for the next cozy pizza evening.

 

Who is the cooking class suitable for?

The cooking class in Berlin is suitable for anyone who has an affinity for pizzas. Therefore, even if you are an absolute beginner, you can take part in the course with us. No previous experience is necessary, we will teach you everything you need.
