About this class
Pasta cooking class in Zillertal - carbohydrates or not! There's probably nothing like good noodles. Now I also understand why there are supposedly 600 different pasta dishes in Italian cuisine. Of course we can't do that many in one evening, but you still won't go home hungry.
What is the process?
In the 5-hour cooking class, we will make various stuffed and unfilled noodles together, cook a few simple but surprisingly tasty sauces and end the evening with sweet versions of pasta.
