JUST.ONE.HOUR is an innovative online event for anyone aged 45 and over who wants to find new friends or acquaintances.
Moderated group chats with up to 10 people create a relaxed atmosphere in which you can spend an entertaining hour and get to know interesting people. Individual preparation by our moderators ensures that every participant feels comfortable and can actively participate in the exchange.

What you’ll do in the class
You fill out a questionnaire beforehand. You will receive this as a link in your booking confirmation.
Schedule of the online event:
- Welcome and introduction by the presenter.
- Interactive games and introductory activities.
- Open discussion rounds with all participants.
- You can get involved and actively participate, but you don't have to.
