Six beers, lots of stories and an evening that has an effect. As a (graduate) beer sommelier, I will take you and your guests on a journey of discovery through the world of beer. Fun, entertaining and close to the glass.
With your interest, you will determine how the evening will go. No frontal presentation, no sales event. Just beer, knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and introduction to beer
- Tasting of 6 different styles of beer
- Explanations of aromas derived from malt, hops and yeast
- Stories, myths and the truth behind them
- Interaction and questions
On request, we can supplement the tasting with food pairings such as cheese or chocolate or explore another subject area. Just talk to me.
