With our mobile cocktail bar, you get a tailor-made bar concept that is perfect for your event — whether it's a wedding, company party, birthday or summer party.
Here's how it works:
1. Non-binding request: Just
let us know the occasion, number of guests, location and your wishes — from the selection of cocktails to the drinks on offer (e.g. welcome drink, champagne reception).
2. Individual offer:
We create a personal, transparent offer that is tailored exactly to your ideas.
3. Planning & preparation:
Together we discuss all the details: structure, decoration, staff, drinks menu and special requests. Everything is individually coordinated — from the cocktail menu to the decoration.
4. Delivery & assembly:
On the day of the event, we bring the entire bar, all equipment and all ingredients. We set everything up professionally — you don't have to worry about anything.
5. The big mix:
Our experienced bartenders mix classic cocktails, individual creations (e.g. in company colors) and non-alcoholic drinks for you and your guests. On request, there is a stylish welcome drink, a champagne reception or a comprehensive beverage service.
6. Dismantling & cleaning:
After the event, we dismantle everything and leave the location clean and tidy — as if we had never been there.
