What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome & getting to know each other
I personally greet you with a drink and we start the evening completely relaxed. This gives you the opportunity to get to know each other and arrive in a cozy atmosphere. - Introduction to the world of Mexican chili peppers
Now it's getting Mexican! I'll introduce you to various dried Mexican chili peppers.
You can see and smell them and discover the differences in shape, color, aroma, and spiciness.
I'll explain the different degrees of spiciness, flavors and uses and show you how to process dried chili peppers correctly. - Select our salsa We
then decide together which chili peppers and which degree of spiciness suit our group. Then we prepare our own salsa. - Prepare pozole
Now it's time for the pozole. I'll show you how to prepare it step by step — from washing and cutting the ingredients to cooking together. The finished pozole is then served and enjoyed together. - Make your own sopes
After the pozole, we prepare our sopes. I'll show you how to prepare the dough and form the sopes.
You can then decorate your sopes according to your taste, try our various homemade salsas and enjoy everything together - Dessert & cozy end
Finally, I'll serve you the prepared dessert.
We end the evening comfortably, enjoy our dessert together and still have time for conversation and a relaxed exchange. - And so that you can imitate what you have learned at home, each participant will then receive the recipe for our homemade salsa via email.
