About this class
Spend time with your loved ones socializing and being creative.
(Further dates are possible - simply “request an event”)
I will accompany you at the macrame workshop in Mainz with individual instructions down to the finished wine glass holder, so that everyone can take home their own work at the end of the course - or use it on site: This is ideal at several wine festivals, the Saturday wine breakfast/market breakfast in Mainz or their own tour through the vineyards of the Rheinhessen region.
As a highlight, you can use an add-on to book a wine package from a small family winery in the region - where grandpa, uncle and cousin are already growing wine in the third generation. However, I can't offer a wine tasting with wine questions - the three of them can do that much better.
Wine glasses and wine are not included without an additional charge.
On request, it is possible to have the course take place alternatively in my apartment studio centrally in Mainz, in a café in your city, at your home or in a slightly rural direction of Alzey/Worms, either in a family winery or in an idyllic wedding location with a garden park.
We are happy to discuss questions and requests individually.

What is included in the class?
From A for instructions to S for scissors to W for macrame wool - all materials for designing and carrying the finished product are included.
- Drinks: You cannot bring your own drinks to an external location. If you are with me, you can bring your own drinks or book something.
- Snacks can be booked via add-on (only in my home studio):
- Hearty: Charcuterie board made from cheese, baguette/crackers, seasonal vegetables, fruit and dips.
- Classic: pretzel with spundekäes' (homemade)
- Sweet: candy bar

What you’ll do in the class
You will be welcomed by me and I will guide you through the creation process with some knotting and individual guidance, during which you will learn several knots.
You can thread wooden beads or letters for a personal touch and create a unique piece and choose from several thread colors.
No previous experience is necessary, but I would describe the wine glass holder as a more complex product that takes time. I help out, of course, and also take over individual knots: Don't worry, no one goes home without a product!
A group photo at the end is always nice! *cheers and cheese*
