Macrame workshop in Karlsruhe: Lantern - In a nice atmosphere, with a glass of sparkling wine, together with like-minded people, you will learn the two basic macrame knots and tie your own lantern step by step.
I show the individual knots for everyone using thicker thread and then support each and every one of them where help is needed. I am also happy to answer all your questions about macrame. Since the course takes place in my small shop, I also have lots of illustrative material for you.
At the end of the course, you will take home your self-made lantern and the newly learned techniques for your own macrame project.
What you’ll do in the class
At the beginning of the course, you will learn the basic knots, from which an infinite number of variants and patterns can be made. We then tie a macrame around a glass lantern step by step.
