About this class
About our courses — creative expression for wellbeing and relaxation
Our workshops cover three focal areas: printmaking, creative painting and painting techniques. You choose the topics freely and in no fixed order. Each course is open and offers you individual support in a small group of a maximum of 8 people as well as exciting insights into art-related knowledge.
We also offer individually tailored programs and courses for team building and team events.
Everyone is welcome — with or without previous knowledge.
- Duration: A session lasts 120 minutes. Double lessons of 240 minutes are possible.
- Number of participants: maximum 8 people for intensive support
Course offerings:
Topic 1: Printmaking — expressing emotions through patterns
- linocut

- Materials: printing plates, carving knives, rollers, printing inks and various types of paper
- Highlight: From design to printing, you will experience every step directly.
Theme 2: Painting techniques — making the inner world visible
- oil painting
- acrylic painting
- drawing and charcoal drawing
- Materials: oil paints, acrylic paints, brushes, canvases and drawing paper
- Highlight: With colors and shapes, you bring your inner world onto the canvas.
Theme 3: Consciousness painting — art as a mirror of the soul
- Meditative painting
- Intuitive painting
- Emotional expression painting
- Materials: collage, watercolors, pastels, canvases and various types of paper
- Highlight: The creative process counts here. In this way, you perceive emotions more consciously and release inner tensions.

What is included in the class?
Cardboard in various sizes up to 30.5 × 30.5 cm or 27.9 × 35.6 cm
High-quality canvases (30 × 40 cm) can be purchased as an option.
All color materials, apron and gloves are provided by us.

You choose the topics freely — without a fixed order or structure.

- Introduction to classical drawing techniques such as still life, landscape and figure
- Material and color science with pencil, colored pencil and acrylic paint
- Demonstration by our artists
- Your own creative practice phase
- Final round with joint discussion and tips
Who is the class suitable for?
Everyone is welcome — with or without previous knowledge!
Younger participants under 12 years of age are also welcome —
please indicate this in advance when registering so that we can prepare the course accordingly.

Wenn Sie nicht in Frankfurt wohnen oder keine Zeit haben (z.B. Fluid-Painting etwa 2–3 Tage, Ölmalerei 7 Tage zum Trocknen), noch einmal vorbeizukommen, schicken wir Ihr Kunstwerk gerne per Post zu Ihnen nach Hause.
Die Kosten beinhalten Verpackung und Karton – alles ist also schon im Preis enthalten.
Optionales Upgrade: Leinwand 30 × 40 cm
Dieses Magnetic Canvas Board im Mini-Format (7,5 × 7,5 cm) ist klein, fein und voller Kreativität. Die Vorderseite besteht aus einer klassischen Mini-Leinwand, auf der du frei malen, kritzeln oder spontane Ideen festhalten kannst – perfekt für persönliche kleine Kunstwerke.
