We dive into the world of creativity, creation and expression of your soul.
Painting not only makes you happy, it is “soul food” and reconnects you with yourself and your soul. You get back to yourself and come into deep contact with your feelings and needs. Treat yourself to a day just for yourself!
There is a cozy park nearby on the Alster, where you can give space to your soul. For your dining needs, there are restaurants nearby.
Together with like-minded people, you can exchange ideas, make new contacts or be alone.
What you’ll do in the class
Hi,
In this workshop, we dive deeper into the world of colors and your very personal creative and intuitive expression!
In a round of introductions and joint meditation, we start the day to reconnect with ourselves. This state is ideal to open up the inner process and to get in touch with your soul.
There are small instructions, tips and tricks to get creative. With small exercises, we will start the painting process. A lunch break and short coffee breaks are of course included to get into the “flow” completely relaxed.
The focus is on getting into creativity and painting in a relaxed and unpressured way and following your intuition in a playful way.
Discover the magic and joy of creative work!
With a final round, we discuss the resulting pictures and close the day together.
