Class description
Yarrow, marigold, spruce needles, etc.: Countless herbs and wild plants grow in our forests and meadows, which have a positive effect on our well-being and health. Real superfoods, but hardly anyone knows them.
With this workshop, we want to introduce you to the fascinating world of local wild and weeds. You will get to know a total of 18 plants, learn everything about their effects and can try each of them. You will then compose your own individual herbal tea blend.
Invigorating, calming or balancing? You alone decide which herbs with which effect go into your cup and thus create a tea tailored to your needs. At the end of the workshop, you fill it into a pretty glass and give it your own name.
All required materials, herbs, tea glasses, labels are included.
