What you’ll do in the class
- Discover the Japanese kinusaiga technique — without any needle or thread. No previous experience is required.
- Choose from various motifs or realize your own idea. Send me personal pictures at least one week before the creative period. I'll check whether your design is suitable and prepare your individual pattern.
- Decide on your picture size: 20 × 30 cm or 25 × 25 cm.
- Choose your favorite colors and patterns from the fabric selection. You can also incorporate pieces of fabric you have brought along with you to your work of art.
- Design your Kinusaiga picture step by step by working the pieces of fabric into the fine contours under my guidance.
- Take your finished, self-designed work of art home immediately afterwards.
