About this class
What you’ll do in the class
- In the first appointment (22.02.2025), you can expect:
acquaintance, meditation, intuitive image for the baby,
Mindfulness techniques for everyday life
(Fruit tea, water and small snacks are provided)
- In the second appointment, 8.03.2025, you can expect:
The Memory Kist
After meditation, we go outside on a mindful nature walk. With a special technique, you connect with the baby and collect memorabilia from nature together. This is followed by other things for the crate designer, and of course the crate itself.
SIBLINGS ARE WELCOME TO BE THERE AND ALSO CONNECT WITH THEIR BROTHER/SISTER
- At the third meeting there is the Mother/Belly Blessing with belly painting
Bellyblessing is an old tradition of indigenous peoples and a beneficial alternative to the “baby shower.” Here, the expectant mother is at the center. She is promised strength, she is blessed.
As a highlight, there is a reciprocal bumping of the abdomen and a souvenir photo.
Siblings and an important heartfelt friend are welcome to be there.
