What you’ll do in the class
- Greeting & Arriving: Start off relaxed with a welcome drink at the location near Cologne or at your preferred location.
- Introduction to human design: The course instructor explains the basics such as types, strategy, authority and profiles in an easy-to-understand and practical way.
- Individual profile analysis: Each person receives a personal evaluation with a focus on strengths, potentials and special features.
- Make group dynamics visible: Together, you explore how you act as a group, which energies complement each other and where points of friction trigger growth.
- Exchange & reflection: This is a space for questions, open dialogue and joint reflection.
- Final round: Finally, summarize the most important findings and gain new ideas.
- General conditions: The workshop is ideal for groups of five to eleven people. All materials are provided by the course instructor.
