What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome to the studio and brief introduction to working with sound
- The course guide will show you the most important techniques for shaping your autumn bowl
- You shape your bowl by hand and determine the size, shape and details yourself
- You then work out the interface and refine your design
- The course instructors will assist you with questions and techniques throughout the pottery process
- Finally, your autumn bowl is sanded and prepared for further processing
- After the course, your finished dish will be fired; firing is included
