About this class
Would you like to forge a unique ring (in silver) yourself? Then you've come to the right place. The experience of forging your own ring makes your ring a personal companion that will mean a great deal to you.
Genuine gold rings or gold-plated silver rings (i.e. silver rings with a very thick, long-lasting gold plating layer) are also available on request. On request, we can also have a gemstone engraved at a later date.
The goldsmith course takes place in a quiet atmosphere and in a small group so that you feel well looked after and have the right basis for your creative development.

Material costs are not included in the price.
Material costs: In silver from approx. 50€ (very narrow ring) to 150€ (very wide ring) - costs by weight. In gold upon request.

What you’ll do in the class
You will receive step-by-step instructions in which we will show you the process individually and then you will do it again. You will learn the basic techniques of goldsmithing: sawing, bending, filing and soldering.
Under the professional guidance of our experienced goldsmith and certified jewelry designer, you will then make your own ring. The surface treatment is carried out individually, either by polishing, matting, hammering or other methods.
A large selection of gemstones is also available, which can later be set into the jewelry by the gemstone holder.
