About this class
Just 20% of the underwater world has been explored. But even this small proportion is fascinating:
- Fish that look like crocodiles
- Animals that can change their colors in a flash
- Animals that can “see” in deep darkness
We find answers to questions such as:
- How dangerous are sharks really?
- What do I have to pay attention to when bathing in the sea?
- What is the most poisonous underwater animal?
- Can dolphins understand us?
Exciting activities are planned for every age group:
- Water games
- Photos & stories from an experienced diver
- Protecting the oceans - What can we do?
- “Learn” to snorkel
- Water experiments
- Crafting with shells & sand
- Disguise Day
Our holiday courses are very varied. All activities fit the weekly theme:
- Games: games, games, games
- Creative: crafting, designing & painting
- Outdoor: Lots of time in our large outdoor area
- Fun facts: learning about the weekly motto
- Excursions: to playgrounds or into the woods
- Experiments: research & magic
- Story time: Tell or read stories
- Rest periods: relax during fantasy trips, for example
All our holiday courses take place in small groups of a maximum of 10-12 children. In this way, we can respond individually to every child and every family.
What you’ll do in the class
- 8:30 - 9:00: Delivery time
- 9:15 a.m.: Morning round & learning impulses
- Mornings: outdoor time/games/experiments/creative/...
- 12:00 p.m.: Lunchtime
- 12:45 p.m.: Relaxation break
- In the afternoon: learning impulses/creative/games/outdoor time/...
- 15:00: Final round
- 3:30 p.m.: Pick-up time
We also offer this half-day holiday course. You can choose between morning and afternoon. Just ask us.
Who is the class suitable for?
Perfect for kids between 3 and 13 years of age. If necessary, we divide the children into age-appropriate small groups.

Curious Kids
At Curious Kids in western Cologne, you'll get creative in a mix of historic castle and modern glass building. Everyone is free to develop here. We give you a variety of materials, tools, techniques and ideas. You create your own special work of art out of it.
