Looking for exceptional beer experiences? At our craft beer tasting in Cologne, we taste 7 different beer styles — from Franconian lager to English ale to modern IPA. I will not only tell you interesting facts about the brewing method, ingredients and style, but I will also take you into the cozy atmosphere of the Craftbeer Corner. Cologne's Kölsch tradition and global beer culture come together in this friendly bar — perfect for anyone who wants to experience more than “just a beer.”
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with a short introduction to craft beer culture and evening plan
- Presentation and information on the origin, ingredients and brewing process of each type of beer
- Tasting of 7 beers (0.1 — 0.2 l each)
- Bread and water to neutralize the palate
- Open Q&A & discussion about tastes, aromas and brewing styles
- Joint exchange & cozy ending in the bar atmosphere
