What you’ll do in the class
- Together, you prepare a brew at the mobile brewing system.
- You will learn all the steps of brewing beer and learn how to brew beer yourself at home.
- At the same time, you discover the raw materials: You taste malt samples and assess the quality of the hops. You will also learn more about the characteristics and origins of beer types and hear anecdotes about beer.
- You talk about hangovers, beer belly, moderate beer consumption and the differences between industrial beer and craft beer.
- With the beer sommelier, you will taste six distinctive beer styles.
- You can also enjoy a delicious lunch at the innkeeper.
