Since completing my training, I was addicted to the catering industry. In my long time as an independent restaurateur, I got to know all sides of the catering industry, recognized the change in the industry and the need for it. Since 2010, I have therefore not only been able to spoil my culinary delights with the Taste Festival, but have also been traveling all over Europe as a catering consultant. This starts with the restaurateur, whom I support in optimising daily business processes, through consulting and development in the convenience sector and goes on to cooperation with the world's leading catering equipment manufacturers and product implementation.
