My cooking classes are based on traditional Italian cuisine.

With me, you will learn how to prepare regional products using traditional recipes, such as homemade pasta, vegetables, fish, meat, and dolce, just like in grandmother's (Nonna) time.

The finest Italian specialities from different regions are prepared by hand from fresh ingredients from local producers and selected suppliers from my home country.

Regional recipes that have already been forgotten are brought back to life.
