Who are we from Bootsverleih Rostock?

We are Oskar Wilhelm Herold, the founder and managing director, and a passionate team that has been enthusiastically offering water sports in Rostock since 2016. My name is Oskar Wilhelm Herold, and my decades-long love for water sports, starting with my time in Rostock's top youth regatta squad and later as a second navigator on a naval missile speedboat in Rostock - Hohe Düne, inspired me to create this boat rental company. From 2009 to 2018 I worked as a sailing instructor, sports boat instructor, skipper and boat rental company at the Hohe Düne marina residence, and since 2016 also as a yacht skipper on Hiddensee. This work is close to my heart and I am proud to continue it here in Rostock.
