Class description
We make collages from painted artist papers. Through the reduced technique of paper collage, we stimulate our creativity and create magical paper works of art. The ripped/cut raw paper is a clear contrast to the flawless look of design programs and feels haptic and authentic.
In this workshop, you can create your own papercut portrait. For this purpose, you have at your disposal paints for making artist papers and already finished painted papers of various types. You can use them indefinitely during the workshop and make individual paper cut collages from them.
Paint and structure papers with various neon, watercolor, ink and acrylic paint and combine freely with brush and roller and create colorful patterns and structures on paper — place individual stencil motifs on different papers.
Create cutout — print with opaque, non-opaque and special colors such as neon paint, gold, silver, etc. — including 3 DIN A4 cardboard for your portrait and a folder to transport your papers. At the beginning, the basics of the portrait are briefly discussed and some examples are looked at so that you can get started inspired afterwards.
