What can you expect on our vineyard hike in Siebeldingen?
We start at Wein- und Sektgut Wilhelmshof in the winegrowing village of Siebeldingen. As a welcome, we will welcome you to the winery with an excellent glass of sparkling wine. We start the exciting vineyard tour through the large Siebeldingen estate in the sunshine.
During the guided hike (4-8 km distance/many paved trails), you will learn a lot about the terroir, its origins, the different grape varieties and the work in the vineyard all year round.
We show our sustainable organic farming methods directly in our vineyards and you can see the quality of the glass right at the point of origin. During the hike, we taste half a dozen white and red wines at 3 stations with small snacks.
We enjoy a typical Palatinate snack from our favorite country butcher shop with a beautiful view of the vineyards.
