What you’ll do in the class
Our tufting workshop starts with an expert introduction in which you learn how a tufting gun works and how to thread the yarn correctly. After you've learned the basics, you can tuft your first lines on a test frame.
Once you've familiarized yourself with the technology, it really starts! You can implement your creative ideas and create your own hand-tufted rug. Under guidance and in a relaxed atmosphere, you will be guided step by step to create a unique work of art.
After you're done with your tufted rug, it is fixed with spray adhesive and a piece of fabric is glued as a backing. Then it's time to trim, which is incredibly satisfying — and hop, your rug is ready!

In the tufting course, participants learn the basics of tufting and create their own carpet in a cozy atmosphere. In small groups, everyone receives individual support, which makes the course special. In the end, everyone takes home a unique, homemade piece.
