About this class

Whether it's gyoza, jiaozi or dim sum — the whole world is crazy about these dumplings. Let's have a gyoza party! We fill the thinly rolled dough with 3 different fillings: Classic meaty, Simply Veggie with shrimp. There are also two delicious homemade sauces to feast on. You will learn the following in the course:

  • Make your own gyoza and dim sum dough.
  • Fill and fold gyoza and dim sum. Different folding methods
  • Different cooking methods: steaming, frying, boiling, frying.
  • We fill classically with pork, with shrimp water chestnuts and vegetarian fillings with mango carrots.
  • The perfect sauce: teriyaki

What to bring to the class

Lots of good humor and, of course, all the ingredients on the shopping list. The course takes place on Zoom. Zoom, is available free of charge for many platforms (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android). An internet-enabled device with zoom is required to take part in the course. A camera or microphone is recommended but not necessary.
