We cook this classic Vietnamese dish together live. The lightweight “Asia Baguette” is filled with fried meat, vegetables and spicy Vietnamese sauces after baking. This Asian street food is one of the bestsellers in my cooking school and is “Everybody's Favorite.” We will cook the following in class:
- BBQ meat — this is how I marinate the meat in a typical Vietnamese way
- Fluffy baguette — bake baguette quickly and easily — not only the Vietnamese like it
- Pickled vegetables — everything tastes better with cucumber & co
- Mayonnaise in a different way — the popular homemade sauce made from egg and oil

What to bring?
Lots of good humor and of course all the ingredients on the shopping list. The course takes place on Zoom. An internet-enabled device with zoom is required to take part in the course. Whether it's a Windows PC or laptop, Macbook, tablet, iPhone or smartphone, Zoom is available for many platforms. I'm happy to be able to see and hear you — of course you can also participate without a camera or microphone. I broadcast live from Vienna in my film studio. With 3 cameras (frontal, close-up and the pot cam), you won't miss a single detail.
