About this class

Since I've worked in various pastry shops and eaten all kinds of gingerbread, I've created my personal favorite. Juicy, crunchy, with a great aroma and simply delicious! Every year, my family asks if I can bring gingerbread for Christmas.

What is the process?

We work here completely without flour and without industrial sugar! Even for those who can't stand orangeate and lemonate, there isn't much of it in this recipe! The gingerbread tastes juicy and fruity, but not like lemon peel and orangeate (I don't really like it either). You will receive 3 recipes sent home, of which we will make two in class. I will also briefly show the Basel technology. What is that? Let yourself be surprised! :)
