Nutritionist Bettina will explain the special features of seasonal products and their health benefits to you directly on site. You will then cook a creative, mostly vegan menu in the cozy Kochatelier65. You will learn new preparation techniques and learn how to integrate seasonal food sustainably into your everyday life. At around 3 pm, enjoy your dishes in good company and take home a monthly calendar sheet with seasonal foods.
