Canoe trip on the Danube: Weisswurst + Frühschoppen

Getting to know the Danube from a different perspective? That is possible here with us. The highlight of our offers is the canoe circuit. It's unique! In about 3 to 4 hours, you will enjoy the fantastic circuit with friends, families or work colleagues. The entrance and exit are at the same point. Get in the canoe and paddle at your own pace while enjoying the unique nature. The experience can be booked for 8 people or more. Halfway through the route, you get off and enjoy delicious food.

Bad Abbach has the special feature that the canal flows next to the Danube. This creates a unique circuit. Transport trips or pick-up services are therefore not necessary. In addition to the beautiful nature and wildlife, the lock and canoe steps are other highlights on the circuit.

The circuit is approx. 8 km long and starts in the Danube near the Bad Abbach footbridge. It goes downstream towards Oberndorf. The speedboat lock easily transfers into the canal. From there, you paddle in the direction of Poikam under both bridges and in a large arc around the waterworks. You cross the canoe steps back into the Danube. Afterwards, you can let yourself be carried away by the current and watch nature. One or the other secret tip, such as old water, which you can drive into, will be sent to you after booking.

This is included in the adventure trip:

• Halfway break ashore with beer table sets in the midst of nature
• With white sausages & pretzels, optionally also Viennese, Palatinate, cheese trainer, etc...
• Drinks included (beer, cyclist, apple spritzer, water)
• Possible for min. 8 people
• Paddles, dry bags & life jackets included
• Get on and off at the same place

Other important information:

• Parking spaces at the footbridge (no parking spaces at the dock!)
• Don't leave any trash behind, don't come to the meeting point drunk!

Parking by car and bicycle: You can park for free at the large footbridge on the street and below (Oberndorfer Straße, Bad Abbach). You will then walk to our canoe dock 250 meters downstream in the direction of Oberndorf. This is the entry and exit point. (Danube Street, Bad Abbach)
