Class description

On this evening, you will learn how to cook traditional bouillabaisse, as served in Marseille or other places in the south of France. Claude, our French chef, will guide you through the process step by step and show you the intricacies of this classic dish.

Of course, after the work is done, we enjoy the culinary work together with a nice wine.

  • Welcome and process briefing by Claude
  • Preparation of ingredients: Clean and filet fish
  • Cooking fish soup, making croutons and rouille
  • Cooking the precious fish
