What is a vision board?
The vision board is a great tool for visualizing and manifesting your wishes, dreams, longings and visions of life. This form of visualization is a wonderful way to orient yourself at any time of the year. Of course, especially at the beginning of a year, when we're all full of good intentions, it's a nice way to record an idea of the next 12 months. But this is always possible during the year. Whenever we want to change ourselves, something new is ahead of us or we want to implement wishes — that's when the vision board comes in handy.
