About this class
Classic French cuisine includes many types of sweets and pastries. They are referred to as “patisserie”. Macarons are particularly popular and world-famous.
In this course, you will learn how to make colorful macarons yourself and bake delicious variants from them.
The baking course takes place in small groups of a maximum of 8 people so that we can provide you with intensive and individual support.
What you’ll do in the class
- Introduction to classic French patisserie
- Demonstration and guidance from chef Claude
- Preparation of different macarons in color and flavor
- Preparation of two types of dough: simple type and Italian meringue
- Instructions for making different fillings for macarons
- Bring your homemade macarons
