This outdoor workout in Stuttgart focuses on core, power and strength.
Core training focuses on power and strength. With various small devices such as hats, ropes or kettlebells, we train our core and strength. Of course, endurance is not neglected either. Also ideal as a supplementary training, e.g. for your HYROX preparation.
This workout is about using your entire body. Varied exercises with equipment not only train your strength, but also improve your body control, coordination and speed.
Whether you're preparing for a HYROX event or simply want to stay fit, this workout will push you to your limits. Professional trainers support you while you train together in a group. Finally, stretching provides mobility and muscle care.
