About this class
An exciting day full of beer brewing adventures awaits you at our brewing seminar in Styria, Austria. You will learn how to brew beer, carry out the individual brewing steps yourself and learn more about the history of beer and its importance for our diet. There is also the opportunity to taste the beers from our brewery.

What you’ll do in the class
Our brewing seminar starts at 11:00 a.m. and lasts until around 4:30 p.m. During this day, you will be introduced to the art of brewing beer step by step. We discuss the type of beer, grind the malt and mash it at the brewhouse. You will learn more about the raw materials and their significance, the various brewing steps, refining, wort cooking, cooling and setting. The lunch break around 12:30 promises white sausage with pretzels, coffee and cake — so your food is well taken care of.
Who is the class suitable for?
Our brewing seminar is aimed at anyone who is interested in brewing beer, regardless of whether you already have experience or are a beginner. We also offer the option of booking individual seminars for special occasions such as bachelor parties, weddings, birthdays or anniversaries. You can even brew your own beer as a special edition, including individual labels.
For companies, we offer the seminar as a team building event with a tailor-made appointment and enable the integration of company presentations, for example to present new products, strategies and partner programs.
