What can you expect at our barbecue event in Berlin?
Together we will prepare a delicious grill buffet with delicious marinades and perfect side dishes. You'll get lots of tips for the perfect grilling of meat, fish, poultry and vegetables from our great Grandhall Grills. Crunchy salads, delicious dressings and sauces round off your grilling experience. Afterwards, they eat together.
What could the menu look like?
- Freshly grilled barbecue bread, original Cesar salad with fresh mushrooms, crispy bacon and herb croutons, Provençal potato salad fresh from the grill in herb balsamic vinaigrette Grilled zucchini and eggplant with feta cheese
- Rose-grilled pork neck, classic in mustard beer marinade, American beef, pink grilled fish packets grilled with coriander, cherry tomatoes, papaya and chilli
